What's Happening October 5 - 11, 2015

Join us on Sunday, October 11 at 10:30 am for Gratefully Whole led by Rev. Diane Rollert with music by Louise Halperin. Heading into the final stretch of the federal election season, can we find integrity in the choices we make? Is there room for gratitude for what lies ahead?

Sacred Stories will meet on Tuesday, October 6 at noon. The Lesbian Discussion Group meets Friday, October 9 at 7:30 pm. On Sunday October 11, the Religious Discussion group and the Social and Environmental Concerns group both meet at noon.

Carmina Choir Rehearsal

Lesbian Discussion Group

A Lesbian Social Discussion Group meets monthly on Friday evenings to socialize, discuss topics of interest and provide a friendly place for lesbians to meet. This is a primarily English-speaking group although francophones are certainly welcome. Topics will evolve according to members’ interests.  Then on Oct. 9, Nov. 13, Dec. 11, 2015, Jan. 8, Feb. 12, Mar.11, Ap. 8, May 13, 2016. Information: Carole Tenbrink at 514-563-2429.

RE is Stirring the Cauldron of Gratitude

The RE Program will be in the kitchen on Sunday Oct 11th.  Bring vegetables for our Cornucopia Vegetable Soup for the NDG Food Bank.  Especially needed: squash/small pumpkins, onions, carrots, sweet potatoes.  Canning supplies (500ml mason jars & lids) are also needed!  Families in our community sometimes need a hand as well, if your family would like to receive a jar of soup, please let Katharine or Rev. Diane know.
