BidSunday, our annual fundraising auction of items, services and events graciously donated by members and friends of the Unitarian Church of Montreal community, is happening soon! Childcare will be provided throughout the length of the event.
The schedule for the event is as follows:
9:30 am: Registration & sign-up (fixed-price & silent-auction items)
10:30 am: Church service (no sign up during this time)
11:15 am: Light lunch and sign-up (fixed-price & silent-auction items)
11:45 am: Live auction
12:15 pm: Raffle draw
How much are raffle tickets?
Raffle tickets cost $5 for one, $6 for two or $10 for six.
How do I participate?
You must first register for a paddle number (required for all participants) using this registration form, or before the service on BidSunday. Download the full BidSunday catalogue now.
On May 5, you can then browse and bid on our exciting selection of over 200 raffle, fixed-price, silent-auction and live-auction items. Please be sure to include both your paddle number and your initials when you sign up for fixed-price or silent-auction items.
Who bid on the items I donated? What did I buy?
You will receive a notice by email (or by regular mail if you don’t use email) by May 17, 2019. If you donated items, you will receive a list of the names of the people who won or bought your offer(s). If you purchased items, you will receive your bill as well as details about the items you purchased.
